What is collected

When you send the property review form, the details you enter are collected: your name, email, phone number and the answers you give about your property, financing goal and credit range. This site does not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or bank account details, and it does not pull your credit.

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to your request and to evaluate financing options for you. It is not sold. It is shared with lenders and service providers only as needed to work on financing you have asked about.

Calls and texts

If you give consent, Mike Tanas and Mpire Financial may call, text or email you about your request. Consent is not a condition of getting financing, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or asking.

Analytics and session recording

This site uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to record how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so the site can be improved. Text typed into forms is masked in recordings. You can limit this tracking with your browser’s privacy settings or a content blocker.
